  • Face to face consultation at party venue to determine your requirements, brainstorm initial ideas and set some basic plans in place for what will need to be organised. Prior to the consultation we will liaise over phone/email to confirm the theme, colour scheme or general concept for your party so we have a basic direction to discuss in more detail.

  • Proposed plan, ideas board with visual concepts + quotation provided for client approval.

  • Paper Carousel hire items up to the value of $200

  • Delivery + next day collection of all Paper Carousel hire items (within 20kms of the Adelaide CBD)

  • Two stylists for on-the-day setup

 

*All additional décor hire, stationery, floral arrangements, favours etc are charged separately and will be quoted and approved prior to purchasing.

YOUR BIG DAY

CONCEPT CREATION AND ON-THE-DAY STYLING

You have set your wedding date and booked a venue but not sure where to go from here?

Let us get to know your style and then put together a concept unique to your venue based on the information you have given us.

Service Includes:

  • Initial meeting to discuss ideas, style and styling budget

  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence

  • Two face to face meetings at venue - one to discuss initial requirements and one just prior to your big day

  • Full concept creation including a vision board with furniture, décor, lighting, floral & stationery recommendations

  • Paper Carousel hire items up to the value of $400

  • Full quote of additional furniture, lighting and décor hire from external vendors

  • All correspondence and on the day co-ordination of décor & styling items from external vendors

  • Delivery & collection of all Paper Carousel hire items within a 20km radius of the CBD

  • Two stylists for on-the-day setup including ceremony and reception venues

  • Next day pack-down

 

*Final price to be determined based on scale of event and level of planning required.

STYLING YOUR BIG DAY

For those brides and grooms who have already put the hours into planning their wedding day but need to pass the reigns over so they can enjoy their day while knowing that their vision is being executed to the highest of standards.

Service Includes:

  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence

  • One face to face meeting

  • One venue visit to your ceremony and reception locations

  • Delivery and next day collection of any Paper Carousel hire items (within 20km of CBD)

  • On the day correspondence with external décor vendors

  • Two stylists for full on-the-day setup including ceremony and reception venues

  • 10% off all Paper Carousel hire items

 

*Our on the day styling service is for setup and styling only. Any décor hire is charged separately

*Additional charges may apply for pick-up & next day collection of clients’ own items or those hired from external vendors.
